So What Is Fighting Fit2 Boot Camp?

Fighting Fit2 Boot Camp™ is an innovative and exciting program combining outdoor fitness instruction with the same combat sport conditioning methods pro fighters use. This program is now being offered for the first time in the Austin area.

The program was conceived and created by combat fitness instructor Mike Massie. It is the first program of its kind to combine outdoor fitness training with combat sport conditioning, so participants can maximize their results in the program.

About Your Fighting Fit2 Trainer

Coach Massie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Science and is a NESTA Certified Personal Trainer. He is a former U.S. Army combat medic, and has been training in the martial arts for over twenty years. Coach Massie holds black belt or instructor ranks in several different martial arts systems. 

As a personal trainer, Coach Massie trained Baltimore Ravens Kicker and NFL record-holder Matt Stover in the off-season preceding his breakout 1999 season. In addition, he has trained dozens of his students to win medals in regional, state, and national AAU championship competitions.

He is also a certified women's self-defense instructor, and has given numerous lectures and seminars on the topics of crime prevention and child safety for the local community. Coach Massie resides in Austin, Texas with his wife of eight years, Mrs. Deanna Massie.

Our next session in Hutto starts Monday November 17th. Classes will meet from 5:30 to 6:15 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays November 17th through December 19th (no classes on November 26th and 28th, which is why this Boot Camp is 5 weeks long).
